Oak Grove Ventures, Alchemy Pay’s Associate Company, Enables Gate Group’s Acquisition of Coin Master Co., Ltd., Its Japan Regional Trading Business

Coin Master, a Japan-based crypto exchange, is backed by Oak Grove Ventures, an investment firm specializing in early-stage investments and an associate company of Alchemy Pay. Gate Group’s Singaporean entity, Gate Information PTE. Ltd. (CEO: Lin Han), has acquired all issued shares of Coin Master Co., Ltd., which has now been renamed “Gate Japan K.K.” (“Gate Japan”).
Given its relationship with Oak Grove Ventures and as an important partner of Gate Group, Alchemy Pay is excited about the strategic growth this acquisition represents. It strengthens the influence and presence of Gate Group and the broader crypto ecosystem in Japan.
